1. Pooja Service Cancellations:

• Cancellation before 48 hours: If you wish to cancel your pooja service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pooja time. In this case, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the service at your convenience.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule pooja services if a cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service. This is because preparations for the pooja are made in advance to ensure everything is done with the proper rituals and devotion.

2. Rescheduling Pooja Services:

• If you need to reschedule your pooja service, please let us know at least 48 hours before the original date. We will do our best to accommodate the new timing, based on availability.
• There may be a nominal rescheduling fee depending on the changes to the service date or time.

3. Defective or Unsatisfactory Service:

• If you believe the service was not performed as agreed or if there were any issues with the ritual (e.g., improper offerings or conduct), please contact us within 3 days of the service. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a suitable resolution, which could include a partial refund or the performance of the service again.

4. Refund Process:

• If a refund is granted, it will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Services:

• Once the pooja service has been performed or is in the process of being prepared, we cannot issue any refunds. All poojas are performed with the highest level of care and respect for the temple and its customs.
